Policies: A $300 deposit is due upon receipt of signed rental agreement. Rental amount is due prior to check in plus 11.5% tax on total rental amount and an $100.00 cleaning fee.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be received 45 days prior to reservation date in order to refund your full deposit.
Check in is after 3:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.
